With June coming to an end, it’s time to look for bank holidays in July. The upcoming month will be shut for 17 days, including weekends. So, if you are planning to head to a bank in the month of July, then you must go through the bank holidays to avoid any hassle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both private and public banks will be closed for 16 days. The banks for festivities will be closed for eleven days while the remaining six days include the second and fourth Saturdays and Sundays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July will witness a number of regional festivals. From Eid-ul-Adha to Ratha Yatra to Kharchi Puja, here are the days when the bank will be closed in July. However, these holidays will not be applicable in all states, it will vary from state to state. As for Ratha Yatra banks will only be closed in Odisha and Imphal and not in other states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, the online banking service will not be affected. It will work round the clock. So, bank customers are advised to link their accounts online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 13- Martyr\u2019s Day (Jammu and Kashmir), Bhanu Jayanti (Sikkim)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 14- Ben Dienkhlam (Meghalaya)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 16- Harela (Uttarakhand)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 17: Third Sunday <\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 23- Fourth Saturday<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 24: Fourth Sunday <\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 26- Ker Puja (Tripura)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
