The last-minute change of plans is taking place in Guwahati as the rebel Shiv Sena leaders who were supposed to move from Guwahati to Goa as CM Uddhav Thackeray has been ordered to prove his majority in the Maharashtra assembly. However, the change of plans took place and the rebel leaders returned to their hotel in Guwahati. According to reports, the rebel leaders will make a decision about it after the Supreme Court hearing, which is scheduled to take place later this evening. It is reported that a chartered plane has also been kept on standby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rebel leader Eknath Shinde said in Guwahati that they will reach Mumbai tomorrow. He said that 50 MLAs are with them, and they have a two-thirds majority. He further said that they are not worried about any floor tests, they will pass all things and no one can stop them. In a democracy, the majority matters and they have that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reports state that the buses were on standby outside this morning and they entered the Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati, where the rebel camp leaders have been staying for a week now and the security was also beefed up as the rebel MLAs went to the temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is reported that the rebel leaders are likely to fly out to Goa later this evening in a chartered SpiceJet flight. And, in Goa, the rebel leaders might stay at the Taj Resort and Convention Centre where 70 rooms have reportedly been booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can these MLAs participate in the floor test till their disqualification status is not decided and the other matters for which notice sent is sub judice?<\/p>\n\n\n\n She also said that this would be contempt of court proceedings if a floor test were conducted despite the matter not getting a final hearing in the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
