The Guru is the person who guides you on the correct path after you enter this world and teaches you what it means to truly live your life to the fullest. He can be anyone. Our parents, however, are the first Gurus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every day is Guru’s Day but in Hinduism, there is a separate day designated to honour the achievements of the Guru, known as Guru Purnima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guru Purnima is a festival celebrated by Hindus, Jains, and Buddhists in India, Nepal and Bhutan. This day is dedicated to all academic and spiritual gurus or teachers. Guru Purnima falls on the full moon day in the Hindu month of Ashadha, i.e June-July. This year it will be celebrated on July 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
