As per the Reddit post shared by a fired employee, the user wrote he was fired for reaching just 20 minutes late. The post went crazy viral and the comment section is swamped with remarks slamming the manager for his actions against the employee who has spent 7 years in the same company. Many users shared their experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The post also prompted some users to narrate similar experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A person shared that he once got late for work due to a snowstorm.
