After the incident, the personnel of nearby police stations reached the spot. When the incident occurred, there were security officers in the motorcade, who are part of the chief minister&#8217;s protection. As an advance party for the CM&#8217;s arrival on Monday, August 22, 2022, the motorcade was travelling to Gaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday, August 22, Nitish Kumar will visit Gaya to inspect the rubber dam that is being built there and to preside over a conference about the district&#8217;s drought crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cars that were part of the Bihar CM&#8217;s motorcade were already travelling towards Gaya a day prior to his arrival, by helicopter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the Patna-Gaya road was blocked by the enraged mob due to the death of a young man who had been missing for the previous two to three days, according to Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crowd was&nbsp;dispersed quickly after a police force was sent to the area.
