However, an example of such insensitivity can be seen in the video which is doing rounds on social media. How sensitive they are that can be understood by this video. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A disabled guy, who was troubled by not getting a tricycle, reached the District Magistrate office ahead of Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya&#8217;s visit to Sultanpur but the police officials dragged him out of the gate. The police was asking him to leave, but he was adamant about meeting UP Deputy CM on his visit to Sultanpur, the video shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the video, he can also be seen forcibly picked up by the police and removed from the gate to clear the movement ahead of Deputy CM&#8217;s visit to the DM office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The disabled has been identified as Jayasraj, a resident of Katawa village, is disabled with both feet. Jayasraj, who was sitting at DM office gate for his demand of tricycle, had been facing problems in walking properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking to the reporters, Jayasraj said he did not get tricycle even after a tricycle drive in Sultanpur. However, the government kept him away from this scheme.
