Later, the district immunization officer issued a show-cause notice to the nurse. The youth, Azher Hussain, had gone to the Covid-19 vaccination centre at Behrampur Madarsa, along with his friend Arman Khan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports said that the nurse had injected a vaccination syringe into Hussin&#8217;s arm without filling the vaccine. His friend Arman Khand recorded the whole incident on his mobile phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In December 2018, one Ritesh Ranjan wrote on Twitter that the health system in Chhapra collapsed. The Bihar CM said how it could happen in the hospitals. If doctors and medical staff have to do service, they should also maintain discipline in the hospital.
