The incident took place in the Bisalpur district of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. In the viral video, speeding cars could be seen passing by on the road and the man, busy on his mobile phone, is crossing the road unaware of any vehicle approaching. Reports said the car was speeding at 230 kilometres per hour and killed all 4 men in the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the accident, the car occupants shared a video of the speeding BMW on social media wherein one of the occupants could be heard saying they gonna die. The police and the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) officials rushed to the spot and conducted the evacuation process, reports further said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another incident took place in Uttarakhand in September wherein a young man flung into the air after a speeding car hit him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video of the hit-and-run accident was shared by the Uttarakhand Police on Twitter. The incident took place at the Kiccha National Highway 74, Rudrapur. In the video, the man was seen standing on a divider before crossing the road.
