Criminals snatch phone during Facebook live in Greater Noida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A shocking incident of phone snatching has come to light from Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s Greater Noida. Some criminals snatched climate activist Lisipriya Kangujam&#8217;s mobile phone on Monday. Many cases have been reported in last two years. According to the reports, several gangs are active in phone snatching cases in Noida and Greater Noida. In a similar incident, two-borne man snatched a mobile phone at Parthla Chowk area in the city. Greater Noida West resident Abhishek Kumar complained to the police on May 9, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said that the incident happened when he was returning home from Parthla Chowk. He was waiting for traffic movement when suddenly a man came and started hitting the window seat of his car. When he opened his window, the accused said that he has hit their leg while driving. During this argument, other man snatched his two phones from his car and ran away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May this year, the Noida police detained some criminals involved in phone snatching incidents. Additional Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Ravijay Singh said that a person has been snatching mobile phones for few days. During checking at Harola area, he was spotted. He looked suspicious, tried to flee. They followed him, put up check posts near 14A Nullah. He attacked them, they retaliated. A Noida resident wrote on Twitter that in recent few days he has seen frequent incidents of phone snatching in Noida&#8217;s sector 55,56 and nearby sectors.
