A spine-chilling incident has come to light where a man, first assaults a homeless woman who can be seen sitting on the street, and then while she is startled by the assault, the man can be seen snatching her child and taking off. The incident is reported to be from Uttar Pradesh\u2019s Saharanpur and the whole incident was recorded on a CCTV camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the video, a man can be seen arguing with a woman after which the man gets enraged and throws something in the face of the woman after which she can be seen getting hurt as she puts her head down. The man, taking advantage of her lack of momentary visual loss, snatches the child off of her hand and flees the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
