Bengali actor Aindrila Sharma passed away on Sunday today due to cardiac arrest. The 24-year-old actor was undergoing treatment at a Kolkata hospital after she suffered a heart attack followed by a brain stroke on November 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two-time cancer survivor suffered from an intracranial hemorrhage. The doctors immediately shifted her to the OT where she underwent left frontotemporoparietal de-compressive craniotomy surgery. The actor was kept on ventilator support but her condition deteriorated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the reports, Aindrilia’s CT scan showed blood clots in her brain. The doctors said it isn\u2019t possible to operate on the new blood clot so they introduced new medicines to reduce them and were waiting to see how the actor responds to the medical treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an earlier post on November 14, actor Sabyasachi Chowdhury, Aindrila’s boyfriend, took to his social media handle and requested fans to pray for a miracle as Aindrilia was battling for her life. He said the actor is engaged in an inhuman battle. His post indicated that the actress\u2019s condition was not stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aindrila debuted in the Bengali entertainment industry with the television show Jhumur and later went on to act in a series of famous daily soap operas, including Jiyon Kathi, Jibon Jyoti, and others. Recently, she ventured into the digital world and completed the web series Bhagar, which also starred her boyfriend, Sabyasachi.
