A video has come to light from Uttar Pradesh\u2019s Kanpur where an E-Rikshaw driver was brutally beaten, restrained and tied, and forced to shave off his head by the public after being caught molesting a girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The man, after being caught, was tied to the window railing of a nearby house as many elderly people can be seen interrogating him as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the video, a man can be seen crouching down on his knees as he covers his face while the public can question him and interrogate him.
