Their intensity has been measured at 3.8 magnitude on the Richter scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the National Center for Seismology, the tremors were felt at 8:58 am on Sunday morning. Actually, the people of Uttarakhand have become more alert than before amid the incidents of land cracking in Joshimath, Uttarakhand since last days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the Joshimath tragedy, horrifying pictures had come to the fore from many parts of Uttarakhand. Not only Joshimath, cracks were being seen in different parts of Uttarakhand. Some far away from Rishikesh, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag, Nainital, Uttarkashi also did not remain untouched by big cracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a fear among the residents about the condition of all these places that in the coming days, as they do not want the condition to escalate like Joshimath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale was felt at Talla Johar in Munsiyari and Tejam tehsil areas at 8:58 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Disaster Management Department, the epicenter of the earthquake was near Ruinathal and Uprada Pathak on the banks of Ramganga river in Pithoragarh district. Its depth was ten km. There is no report of any damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Earthquake tremors were felt in Uttarkashi on Jan 12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Earthquake tremors were felt in Uttarkashi district on January 12.
