The Indian fast bowler took to his official Twitter handle and shared a long post on the social media platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BCCI&#8217;s official Twitter handle also re-shared Sharma&#8217;s post and congratulated him on his cricketing career. His journey from 2002 to 2017 has been the best years of his life. He also wished the Indian Cricket Team all the best for their future endeavors.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joginder Sharma&#8217;s cricketing career<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joginder played a key role in India&#8217;s victory in the 2007 T20 World Cup final against Pakistan. Joginder bowled Pareejeet&#8217;s last over, with 13 runs needed to win. But Joginder dismissed Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq to give India a five-run win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joginder, who made his debut in 2004, played 4 ODIs and 4 T20 Internationals for India, in which he has a total of 5 wickets to his name. Apart from this, Joginder has played 77 First Class, 80 List A and 63 T20 matches in domestic cricket. In which he has taken 297, 115 and 61 wickets respectively. Apart from this, he has scored 2804 runs in First Class, 1040 runs in List A and 425 runs in T20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joginder was also a part of the Chennai Super Kings captained by MS Dhoni in the IPL.
