During a rally, PM Modi took jibe at the alliance between the Congress and the Left for the upcoming assembly elections in Tripura. Addressing a rally in Tripura on Saturday, he said that today the parties which are wrestling in Kerala have come together here for their benefit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
PM Modi further said that some other parties are also supporting this alliance of the opposition. But this is to the public that if any of their votes will go to them, it will be to take Tripura’s development back many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an election rally at Radhakishorpur in Gomti district, the Indian Prime Minister said that the parties which have been known for bad governance have joined hands for donations today. He added that these are the same parties which are fighting kushti in Kerala and showing friendship in Tripura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that the opposition only wants to divide the votes. Some small parties are also supporting them to divide the vote and they think that by doing this they will change the result of the election and after that they will get whatever they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier in the day, while addressing another election rally at Ambasa in Dhalai district, PM Modi alleged that the Left and Congress governments created divisions among tribals, while the BJP worked to resolve their issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
PM Modi said that his party has rehabilitated more than 37,000 Bru people displaced from Mizoram in Tripura. His government has added tribal language Kokborok in higher education. Talking about the Union Budget, Modi said that they have allocated Rs 1 lakh crore for the development of tribal areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Referring to the fight against COVID-19, he said that in the Left-ruled state, many people suffered from the coronavirus and lost their lives, but Tripura was safe because the BJP protected people’s lives. “We made such arrangements so that maximum number of people could be saved from that pandemic,” said PM Modi. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
