The Central Board of Education (CBSE) on Friday announced the result of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2023 session today, March 3, 2023. Candidates who appeared for the CTET exam can go check the result on the official website of CTEt at ctet.nic.in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Candidates are required to enter their roll numbers and passwords to access the CTET result. The national-level teacher recruitment exam will be valid for a lifetime beginning on the date of the announcement of the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The CTET, a national-level eligibility exam, is conducted twice a year by the CBSE. The exam is held to select candidates for appointment as teachers in Class 1 through Class 8 in Central Government Schools. Follow the steps to check the CTET result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates were awarded one mark for each correct answer, while there was no negative marking for the wrong answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 16th edition of CTET took place between December 28 and February 7. CBSE also conducted a re-exam for students affected by technical glitches on scheduled exam days. The test was held in computer-based mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A total of 14,22,959 students appeared in CTET paper 1 in 2023, and 12,76,071 appeared in paper 2. Out of which, more than 5.7 lakh applicants qualified for Paper 1 and 3.7 lakh for Paper 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
