The video of the incident was shared by an animal lover Priya Dhotre on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharing the video, Priya informed that the CCTV footage was recorded on the day of Holi. Further, she informed that a police complaint was filed against the accused with the Phulwari Sarif Thana in Patna. The video of the incident went viral and the accused was charged under section 377 (carnal intercourse against the order of nature), 294 (obscenity) and other offences under the Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another incident, a Mumbai food delivery man was held for raping a 6-month-old stray puppy at Hira Panna Mall in Powai, Mumbai.
