The group of dogs can be seen chasing after the vehicle while the driver tries to flee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video shows the situation taking an awry turn as the speeding scooter rams into a car parked on the side of the road. Various users also brought to attention the rising population of stray dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One user wrote that the sensible thing to do in a situation like this is t stop as most dogs chase because they perceive it like a game. The user also highlighted the women not wearing a helmet and wrote that if one doesn\u2019t wear a helmet even a small crash can cause grave injury<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user also slammed the scooter-borne women on having an extra pillion as it\u2019s unsafe.
