In a tragic incident, a man had hammered his colleague to death after the latter abused his mother. The deceased and the accused worked together in Mumbai. According to reports, the deceased had allegedly abused the accused mother verbally. In the heat of the moment, the accused hammered his colleague to death. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident came to light on June 2, when the complainant lodged an FIR against the accused. The FIR mentioned that the accused and the deceased worked together and that the deceased had allegedly verbally abused the mother of the accused. Reportedly, the DN Nagar police station had arrested the accused on June 12. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reports claim that in anger, the accused took an axe from the nearby area and then hammered the deceased head and mouth. The deceased later succumbed to his serious injuries. The police identified the deceased as Balu Shinde, a 32-year-old man and the accused as Arjun Dhotre, a 26-year-old man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to police, Arjun Dhote had allegedly escaped from the crime scene. The accused fled away from the scene carrying Balu Shinde\u2019s mobile phone. The accused, Arjun Dhotre had kept his personal phone switched off after committing the crime. The police gathered information from reliable sources that Arjun Dhotre would be in Jalgoan, a city located in North Maharashtra in the subregion of Khandesh. Consequently, the police nabbed him from the Jalgaon station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As far as reports are concerned, a case has been lodged against the accused Arjun Dhotre under section 302 (Punishment for Murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). According to section 302 of the Indian penal code (IPC) , whoever kills any person, he\/she shall be punished with death or with imprisonment for life together with a fine.
