The video has gone viral across various social media platforms. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra took cognizance of the viral video and gave orders to the Bhopal Police Commissioner to authenticate the veracity of the viral video and take action within 24 hours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Home Minister expressed that such behaviour against a human being is condemnable. In the viral video, it can be seen that a young man is forced to act like a dog after a few men tied a lace around his neck. According to reports, the video is believed to be from Tilajamalpura police station. So far, it is not yet revealed why the young man was treated in this way.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports claim that the young man in the viral video is a resident of Indra Vihar Colony. On the professional front, he is a photographer. According to his friends, this video which is now viral has been made on June 9 in Tilajamalpur, a locality in Bhopal city in the state of Madhya Pradesh.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday,&nbsp; Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra ordered an inquiry into the matter. A complaint was reportedly made regarding the inhumane incident earlier. However, the police did not take any action. Reports further cited that the young man was asked to convert his religion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of now, there has been no comments from the police. A police team is reportedly investigating the matter to ascertain the truth in the case.
