The police responded after Gufran challenged them and started firing, and as a result of the resulting cross-firing, Gufran was shot and injured. After being taken to a hospital for treatment, Gufran passed away from the injuries he sustained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was found with an Apache bike, a 32-bore pistol, and 9mm ammunition, at the time of encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Uttar Pradesh | A criminal identified as Mo. To catch him, UP police had kept a reward of Rs 1,25,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deputy Superintendent of Police, STF, Dharmesh Kumar Shahi confirmed this news as he said that this morning Lucknow STF conducted an encounter in the Samda region in which the wanted criminal was shot during the incident. He also said, he died during the treatment.
