Two groups in a village in Gujarat\u2019s Ahmedabad engaged in a clash over stealing of a woman\u2019s underwear by her neighbour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A 30-year-old woman of the Pachchham village in the Dhandhuka taluka of Ahmedabad alleged that her 31-year-old neighbour was stealing her lingerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She claimed that for the past 8 months now, she would find a piece of undergarments missing, which she put out on the clothesline to dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Puzzled and frustrated woman carried out an espionage act setting up her mobile phone to catch the thief red-handed and on June 26 she was shocked to discover her neighbour pilfering her lingerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The next day, the woman secretly guarded to keep an eye on the man and watch him carrying out the theft live. The woman followed the man to find out the man to have garnered a load of stolen undergarments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To this, the woman confronted the man, upon which the duo got into a fight and the man reportedly assaulted her and carried out molestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The woman screamed for help and later to her rescue her family members reached the spot and attacked the man with sticks and started beating him up and his associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man\u2019s relatives launched a retaliation attack and to no surprise the matter escalated to a riot between both the families leaving 10 of them injured in the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The taluka police inspector PN Zinzuwadia said they have detained 20 people from either of the sides engaged in the clash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inspector Zinzuwadia said an FIR has been filed against the woman\u2019s family members for assaulting and rioting and the man and 9 of his relatives were charged with molestation, rioting and assaulting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
