Nationalist Congress Party Chief Sharad Pawar making his debut remarks on nephew Ajit Pawar\u2019s rebellion said the decision likely is an impact of Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s recent corruption allegations on the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prime Minister Modi earlier this week, addressing a rally in Madhya Pradesh had charged on the various Opposition parties speaking about the list of corruption allegedly done by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the various names of different Opposition parties mentioned by PM Modi, he had slammed the NCP alleging Rs 70,000 crore scams putting stress on the Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank scam .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, Ajit Pawar in a press conference had claimed his decision is supported by party leadership hinting at Sharad Pawar and he had a telephonic conversation with him, to which the senior Pawar refuted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sharad Pawar in the presser said he is not worried about the rebel. He said he receievd call from Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and other Opposition leaders from across the country expressing their support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a question of what would be his next steps, Sharad Pawar said tomorrow he is going to pay his tributes to Maharashtra\u2019s first CM Yashwant Rao Chavan at his memorial and further will travel all across Maharashtra to garner people\u2019s support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bhujbal was also administered the oath as Minister in today\u2019s oath taking event at Maharashtra Raj Bhavan, where Ajit was sworn in as the Deputy CM for the fifth term and third time in last 4 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A similar move was taken by Ajit Pawar when out of a brink after the 2019 Maharashtra assembly elections he took oath as the Deputy CM with Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister amid the state political situation was witnessing a trouble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
