In this video, a young man was seen bursting crackers continuously in the air. Following the video, several cakes were kept on the bonnet of the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video has been shared on Twitter by Praveen Vikram Singh tagging Noida police and bringing their attention to the matter. He said birthdays were being celebrated on the elevated road, many cakes were smashed and kept on the bonnet of a car, firecrackers were burst, and open rucks went on for hours.
