A video has been doing the rounds on social media platforms showcasing a woman destroying several computer systems and abusing the staff at a Mexico City International Airport ticket counter after she was denied a refund for a missing flight reservation on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident was captured on camera, after which the video was widely shared on social media. The woman has been identified as Maria Guadalupe, 56. She had booked her flight ticket through a travel agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, when the airline employee could not find her name in the system, Guadalupe asked for a refund, the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the airline asked Guadalupe to contact the travel agency for a refund, she started vandalising the ticket counter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
