Most of us prefer online shopping to traditional shopping these present days. With this, we are also now familiar with complaining about receiving something else entirely from what they ordered and how it is difficult to solve the issue. This time we came across another similar incident on Twitter. Taking to the social media platform, a man complained that he ordered a camera lens worth Rs 90,000 from Amazon, but received Quinoa seeds instead.

The Twitter user, Arun Kumar Meher narrated that he ordered a Sigma 24-70 f 2.8 lens from Amazon on July 5. The product was delivered the very next day, but when he opened the package, he was shocked. The lens box was already opened. He alleged that instead of the camera lens, the box contained quinoa seeds. In the social media post, he also attached a couple of photos showing the quinoa seeds that were packed in the lens box.

The user tweeted that he ordered a 90K INR Camera lens from Amazon, but they have sent a lens box with a packet of quinoa seeds inside instead of the lens. He added that it is a big scam by Amazon and Appario Retail. He mentioned that the lens box was also opened. In another tweet, he clarified that Amazon informed them that they are investigating the case. Mentioning that this case is highly acceptable, he demanded the e-commerce website to solve the issue as soon as possible and to send him the lens he ordered or refund his money.
