The day is celebrated to recognise the influential role the emojis play in this digital age. Emojis are now considered as an universal language that allows people from diverse cultures and languages to express emotions and thereby enhance text-based conversation. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting celebrated World Emoji Day with an unique twist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking to Twitter, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting shared a picture that reads, guess the names of the schemes with the help of emojis. Along with the picture, the ministry wrote in the caption, an emoji a day keeps the boredom away. It further stated that this World Emoji Day 2023, unleash your \u2018Emoji\u2019nation and identify the government schemes reflected by the emoticons below. In all probability, they are all correct. He answered that the first emojis show the Stand Up India scheme, second shows the Digital India scheme and the third and fourth portrays UDAN Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagarik, Bharat Mala Pariyojana respectively.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a look at all these four schemes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stand Up India: This scheme was introduced on 5th April 2016 in an effort to promote entrepreneurship at grassroot level concentrating on economic empowerment and job creation. Reportedly, the scheme has been extended up to the year 2025. The scheme is designed to address the challenges faced by the SC, ST and woman entrepreneurs in establishing enterprises, obtaining loans and other support required from time to time for succeeding in business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital India: This is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and Knowledge economy. The programme was initiated on July 1, 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The programme encompasses key vision areas of Digital Infrastructure as a core utility to every citizen, Governance and service on Demand, Digital Empowerment of Citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik): This scheme was launched in June 2016 and it is aimed at enhancing connectivity to remote and regional areas of India and making air travel affordable. Under the aegis of the scheme, almost half of the seats in Udan flights are offered at subsidised fares. Furthermore, the participating carriers are facilitated with a certain amount of viability gap funding (VGF); an amount that is shared between the Centre and the concerned states.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bharatmala Pariyojana: This scheme was introduced by the Government of India in 2017.
