A disturbing incident has been reported at the Shivpur Bairagi Primary School under the Visheshwarganj Vikas Khand in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, where a teacher was involved in inappropriate behaviour with a minor girl who attends the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A video of the incident has been surfaced on the internet. In the shocking video, a school teacher was seen kissing a minor child and touching her in indecent behaviour. The teacher has been identified as Durga Prasad Jaiswal. He had been serving as the acting headmaster at the school for nearly five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a purported\u00a0video, he called a minor girl student near his desk and involved in indecent behavior with her while seated on a chair. The video was quietly recorded by an unidentified person, who was present at the time of the incident for proof. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
