Among these revered figures, Khudhiram Bose stands immortal. The backdrop of British colonial rule saw numerous instances of British officers subjecting Indians to mistreatment and cruelty. Notably, one such figure was Magistrate Kingsford, stationed in Muzaffarpur. His oppressive actions against Indians, coupled with severe punishments even for minor infractions, compelled the revolutionaries to take action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During a significant gathering of prominent revolutionaries in Kolkata, a strategic plan was hatched to deliver a lesson to Kingsford. Present in this crucial meeting was the young Khudhiram Bose, who, despite his tender age, volunteered to shoulder the task.
