Sunny Deol’s villa in Juhu, Mumbai was being auctioned by Bank of Baroda to recover a loan of around Rs 56 crore along with the interest levied on it. However, the bank has now withdrawn the sale notice due to technical issues. Another notice was published on Monday, August 21, which says that the sale notice has been withdrawn due to technical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bank of Baroda has now issued a corrigendum. It reads, “Corrigendum to E Auction Sale Notice dated 19.08.2023 published in The Times of India Mumbai Edition (Pg.3) dated 20.08.2023 with regards to Sale Notice in respect of Mr. Ajay Sing Deol Alias Mr. Sunny Deol Stands Withdrawn due to Technical Reasons for the below-mentioned Property: All That piece and parcel of land bearing Survey No. 41 Hissa No 5 (Pt) CTS No. 173 of Village Juhu Taluka Andheri Mumbai Suburban Dist, Admeasuring 599.44 Sq Mtrs underneath a structure known as Sunny Villa situated at Gandhigram Road Juhu Mumbai 400049. Bearing New Municipal assessment No. 00121047 situated in registration District and Sub-district of Mumbai Suburban.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Sunday, Sunny Deol’s team confirmed the auction notice but stated that the mentioned amount was incorrect. They also assured that the actor would clear the dues within a day or two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The initial notice stated that Sunny Deol, his brother Bobby Deol, their father Dharmendra Singh Deol, and Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd were guarantors for a loan from the Bank of Baroda. It also revealed that Sunny Deol’s real name is Ajay Singh Deol and his Juhu villa is named Sunny Villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Sunny Villa is located on Gandhigram Road in Juhu. The land was auctioned for recovery of dues. It covers an area of 599.44 sq meters and is Survey No. 41 Hissa No 5 (Pt) CTS No. 173 of Village Juhu Taluka Andheri, Mumbai Suburban District.
