Union Minister of Road, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari took part in the fourth edition of the Swadesh Conclave through a video conference. Addressing the event, the Union Minister asked every individual to help one another to become educated, cultured and thereby aid one another\u2019s political transformation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He continued that the society is made up of different people. On the grounds of qualitative education, individuals create a vision for life and successively contribute towards the growth of the society and the nation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He asserted that no individual is perfect and that no one can claim to be perfect. He advised people to imbibe good characteristics from good people. He underlined that division of work, decentralisation of power is needed for better performance. He hailed that performance audit is much more important than financial audit. He noted that individuals should not become a trouble for the society themselves.
