Qamar Mohsin Sheikh, recognized as Narendra Modi’s Rakhi sibling from Pakistan, is scheduled to visit New Delhi with the intention of personally tying a Rakhi to the Prime Minister on the upcoming Raksha Bandhan celebration. Over the course of the past three decades, Sheikh has consistently sent a Rakhi to Modi each year. Notably, this time around, she has taken the effort to craft the Rakhi herself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in the previous years, Sheikh had been unable to meet him in person; however, this year she is determined to do so. Sheikh has thoughtfully designed a Rakhi in a vibrant red hue, symbolizing strength. Previously, she had prayed for Modi’s ascension to the position of Chief Minister of Gujarat, a wish that indeed came true. Her annual Rakhi-tying tradition was always accompanied by an expressed desire for him to eventually become the Prime Minister. Modi’s affirmative responses consistently reassured her that all her aspirations would be fulfilled through divine intervention.
