Just before Raksha Bandhan, Pakistani national Seema Haider is said to have sent ‘rakhis’ to several officials, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Haider, who entered India illegally through Nepal earlier this year, claimed to have also delivered rakhis to both Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the Indian holiday of Raksha Bandhan, which falls on August 30, sisters tie their brothers’ wrists in a beautiful thread known as a rakhi as a sign of their protection and bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seema Hiader said, she has posted these rakhis in advance so that they reach well in time to her dear brothers (ministers), on whose shoulders lie this country’s responsibility. Haider also said she is very happy. She also raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram and Jai Hind. She also raised slogans of Hindustan Zindabad, in a purported video that she shared on social media on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In May, Haider had entered India illegally via Nepal in order to live with her Greater Noida-based lover Sachin Meena. She lived in the Rabupura area and had travelled with her four children, all of whom were under the age of seven, and was living secretly in a rented home in the Rabupura area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On July 4 of this year, Haider and Meena, who claimed to have met through the video game PUBG in 2019\u201320, were detained, but on July 7, a local judge granted them bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since then, the pair have been residing together in Greater Noida while independent investigations into the incident are still being conducted by the local police and the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Haider has been enjoying Hindu holidays like Teej and Naag Panchami ever since she immigrated to the country. She even participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and raised the Tricolour at her Noida home with her attorney.
