The Hyderabad Police arrested a Pakistani man who entered India illegally through the Nepal border in November 2022 to meet his wife. Police said Faiz Mohammed (24), who hails from Pakistan\u2019s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, had entered India via tha Nepal border without any valid documents. Hyderabad South Zone DCP P Sai Chaitanya said they received information about a man living without valid documents and initiated action. A case has been filed against Mohammed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Police added Faiz Mohammed had gone to Sharjah in December 2019 to work at a garments company. In Sharjah Faiz met an Indian girl Neha Fathima (29) from Hyderabad. The police officer said Faiz helped Fathima secure a job as a tailor and the two fell in love with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The couple got married and gave birth to a boy. Afterwards Fathima moved back to India. Fatima\u2019s parents asked Mohammed to come to India and they promised him to make a new identity for him in India. Fathima\u2019s parents Zubair Shaik and Afzal Begum met Faiz at the Kathmandu border and made him enter India illegally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Police added Fatima\u2019s parents took Mohammed to an Aadhar office in Madhapur and introduced him as Mohammed Ghouse, a son of theirs. They also submitted a birth certificate in this regard. Fatima\u2019s parents are currently on the run. The police said further probe is taking place in the matter. The police seized a Pakistani Passport and other documents from his possession. Faiz has been charged with attempting to obtain Indian nationality by illegally enrolling for an Aadhaar and for impersonating as Fatima\u2019s brother Ghouse.The Commissioner\u2019s task force detained Faiz and handed him over to Bahadurpura police.
