Every time a special session is called, the government makes an effort to get a broad agreement on the session&#8217;s agenda. However, this is the first time the agenda hasn&#8217;t been made public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally the Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said, Sonia Gandhi have also mentioned in her letter that all five days of the special session will be devoted to conducting government business in the House Bulletin.
