He released a four page letter on X(formerly Twitter). Udhayanidi resolved for the victory of the ideologies of Perasiriyar, Kalaignar, Anna and Periyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udhayanidi along with Congress Priyank Kharge was booked under 295A (deliberate and malicious acts to outrage religious feelings), Section 153A (promoting enmity between different religious groups) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) after complaints from advocates in Uttar Pradesh\u2019s Rampur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udhayanidhi wrote he respected all religions that teach all lives are born equal. He said he felt sorry for the Modi government. Udhayanidhi said the Modi government had done nothing in the last nine years. He said PM Modi build wall to hide huts, demonetizes money, builds new parliamentary building and erects a Sengol there. The FIR against Udhayanidhi was registered on&nbsp; the complaint of lawyers Ram Singh Lodhi and Harsh Gupta who highlighted media reports on Stalin\u2019s statement alleging that the politicians comments had hurt their feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Let us resolve to work for the victory of the ideologies of Periyar, Anna, Kalaignar and Perasiriyar. He said the BJP has only made empty promises to the people and have done nothing for their welfare. In his statement Udhayanidhi said the BJP leaders had wrongly twisted his speech and labelled it as inciding genocide. He said the BJP leaders considered it as a weapon to protect themselves.
