Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi released a statement that he will face all cases legally and slammed the Modi government of using Sanatan ploy to divert attention from corruption and Manipur violence. He released a four page letter on X(formerly Twitter). Udhayanidi resolved for the victory of the ideologies of Perasiriyar, Kalaignar, Anna and Periyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Udhayanidi along with Congress Priyank Kharge was booked under 295A (deliberate and malicious acts to outrage religious feelings), Section 153A (promoting enmity between different religious groups) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) after complaints from advocates in Uttar Pradesh\u2019s Rampur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Udhayanidhi wrote he respected all religions that teach all lives are born equal. He said he felt sorry for the Modi government. Udhayanidhi said the Modi government had done nothing in the last nine years. He said PM Modi build wall to hide huts, demonetizes money, builds new parliamentary building and erects a Sengol there. The FIR against Udhayanidhi was registered on  the complaint of lawyers Ram Singh Lodhi and Harsh Gupta who highlighted media reports on Stalin\u2019s statement alleging that the politicians comments had hurt their feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
