Following the bilateral meeting, PM Narendra Modi said that Saudi Arabia is one of India&#8217;s most important strategic partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi stated that both the leaders discussed multiple areas of bilateral cooperation, including energy security, trade and investment, defence and security, healthcare, food security among others. On Monday morning, the Saudi Crown Prince arrived at the Rashtrapati Bhavan and was accorded a ceremonial welcome. He was welcomed by President Droupadi Murmu, PM Narendra Modi and other ministers at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohammed Bin Salman also congratulated India for successfully hosting the G20 Summit. He expressed that he is very glad to be in India. He added that a lot of announcements have been made that will benefit the G20 countries and the world. He further noted that they will work together to create a great future for both countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later on Monday evening, the Saudi Crown Prince will be received by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, facilitating a platform for a dialogue that reaffirms mutual interests and discussions on regional and international matters that concern both the countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman visit comes at a time of a notable milestone in economic cooperation, with bilateral trade reaching an all-time high of $52.75 billion in the fiscal year 2022-23. Notably, India and Saudi Arabia hold prominent positions as trading partners for each other.
