The arrest of former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has agitated the workers of Telugu Desam Party (TDP). The TDP workers carried out a state wide protest on Monday which brought the daily life of the people to a standstill. The protests turned violent in some parts of the city leading to burning down of tyres and destruction of public property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Videos from all over the state show protestors calling out slogans criticizing the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government. Several TDP workers carried out dharna in the middle of the roads which caused disruption in the movement of traffic. According to reports workers have even pelted stones on state run buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
