He said the cancellation of the Bungalow is unprecedented and arbitrary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Delhi Court has said Chadha has no right to continue to occupy the government bungalow which was given to him after the allotment was cancelled. The Interim stay granted to Chadha has been lifted by the court. He said in the history of Rajya Sabha that a sitting Rajya Sabha member is removed from his duly allotted accommodation where he has been residing for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is how young educated politicians take advantage of the system &amp; pretend to be serving the society. He said the entire exercise has been carried out at the dictates of the BJP to further their vested interests and political motives in order to stifle and scuttle the political criticism which was raised by him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">after the allotment was cancelled. The AAP leader said the cancellation of allotment of the Bungalow was done to victimize and target him. He said The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to target vocal members of the Parliament as he was suspended as a member of the Parliament which was initiated by the treasury benches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">but he made a representation to the chairman of the RS on Aug 29 requesting for a \u2018Type 7\u2019 accommodation. He said Many of his neighbours were first time MPs who had been allotted the same accommodation above their entitlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">entitled to a Type-5 according to the RS member handbook.
