In the video, the body of a tribal man is seen being set on fire in a trench.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police officials claimed that the video appeared to be from early May and that they were investigating the case. The Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) expressed that the matter is extremely sad and shameful.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking to social media platform X, formerly Twitter, the opposition alliance shared the blurred version of the video and wrote that this is from Manipur, where a Kuki tribal youth is being burnt alive. It added that the incident of passing away is extremely sad and shameful.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/2024_For_INDIA\/status\/1711197537858642160?\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It further mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expressing sorrow for the neighbouring country but failed to save Manipur. Notably, PM Modi on Saturday expressed deep shock over Hamas attack on Iran and voiced solidarity with the war-hit country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the seven-second video was shared on multiple WhatsApp groups in violence hit Manipur on Sunday. In the video, a man is reportedly seen in a black T-shirt and camouflage trousers, lying in a trench. While his face had been bludgeoned, the body was set on fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INDIA bloc partner and Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi also reacted strong to the incident. Taking to X, the MP wrote that in yet another horrific video emerging from Manipur, the body of a tribal man is being set on fire in a trench. She added that a police official said that the video appeared from early May.
