It was revealed in a recent report that Dalip Tahil is being sentenced to two months in prison after being found guilty in a case that dates back to 2018. The actor was allegedly found guilty of driving while drunk and crashing his vehicle into an autorickshaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the report, the sentence\u00a0is based on the evidence of a medical expert, whose assessment makes a compelling case for Tahil’s drunkenness at the time of the accident. During the driving incident, the expert testified that he smelled strongly of alcohol, walked unevenly, had dilated pupils, and spoke incoherently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tahil has been sentenced to two months of simple jail by a magistrate court in response to this evidence. The terrible incident happened in 2018 near Khar, Mumbai, where Tahil’s car crashed with an autorickshaw, injuring the woman who was involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The passengers were recognised as Gaurav Chugh, 22, and Jenita Gandhi, 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, as of now, Dalip Tahil has not responded to his sentence. The actor’s humorous videos have helped him gain popularity on social media in the past few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
