Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said the UP State road transportation in the state and bus stations will soon get airport like facilities. CM Yogi said India became independent on August 15, 1947 but the first bus of the corporation started running in May 1947. The UP CM said the corporation is expanding operations and the bus stations will soon get similar to those provided at the airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yogi Adityanath on Sunday flagged of 51 buses of the state transport corporation. The buses will also have woman drivers and bus conductors. CM Yogi Adityanath on second day of his ayodhya tour, the inaugurated the Mission Mahila Sarathi from Ram Katha park and asserted for the all round development of a society, it must respect its women and protect their dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yogi said till now 1.5 lakh daughters have been provided employment in Uttar Pradesh Police and other department of the government. This has now being taken forward by the transport corporation by employment of women drivers and conductors in buses. CM Yogi added a society will be strong and achieve new heights of all round development if its women are respected, their dignity is protected and they are self reliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The UP chief minster also offered prayers at the Choti Dev kali temple in Ayodhya and met Mahant Nritya Gopal Das to ask about his well being. Earlier he went to Hanuman Garhi temple and offered prayers to Sankat mochan Hanuman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CM Yogi said that technology can bring significant changes to people everyday lives\u2019. Yogi said everybody saw the corparation\u2019s efficiency during the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela when it successfully managed to transport 24 crore devotees. During the global pandemic of COVID 19, around about 40 lakh people from Uttar Pradesh working in different parts of the country lost their jobs and returned home.
