He highlighted the party\u2019s achievements during a poll rally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addresing a public rally Mishra said he has developed his constituency in such a way that Hema Malini was made to dance here. Congress leader Digvijaya Singh shared the video on X(formerly Twitter) and wrote listen to the real meanness of the honourable minister of Sanskari BJP towards women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mishra &nbsp;&nbsp;has won three consecutive elections (2008,2013 and 2018) from Datia. Mishra is facing tough competition from old rival and Congress candidate Rajendra Bhati. According to reports Mishra who won the election against Bharti in 2018 with just 2656 votes will face tough competition because of high anti incumbency factor against the BJP which has been ruling Madhya Pradesh for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To counter the anti incumbency against the BJP government, Mishra has come out with a strategy to present himself as a Vikas Purush of Datia in election. Mishra is the second most powerful minister after CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the BJP government,&nbsp; Mishra has managed to get a lot of projects for Datia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Congress had earlier fielded the former BJP leader with an RSS background- Avdesh Nayak against Mishra. But an internal rift prompted the Congress party to replace him with Bharti as he had given Mishra a tough\u00a0 fight in 2018 elections. Bharti had also filed a case against Mishra in a paid news case.
