The strong earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 that occurred late on Friday has left 128 people dead in Nepal, according to reports. The government-run channel, said that over 140 persons were injured in the Jajarkot and Rukum districts in Western Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to officials of the National Earthquake Measurement Centre, the epicentre of the earthquake was in the Lamidanda region of Jajarkot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed his sorrow over the deaths brought on by the earthquake in Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
