Gandhi was addressing an election rally in Balod district of Chhattisgarh. She said the caste in determining equal representation to all sections of the society which will help in drafting of the welfare of the society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gandhi added poverty, misrule, violence formed the core issues when the Bhartiya Janata Party was in power in Chhattisgarh. She said the Congress party in Chhattisgarh has worked for the welfare for the people of the state. She said the Modi government has procured two aircraft which are worth Rs 8000 crore. She said she was in Uttar Pradesh at that time with the sugarcane farmers who were on the streets seeking their dues which totalled upto Rs 15000 crore. She said even though PM Modi comes from the OBC cartegory, but he rejects the demand for the caste count. She said the Bhartiya Janata Party has become frustrated with Congress\u2019s demand for caste census.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gandhi attacked the Modi government for promising to provide jobs to the youth of the country and the income of the farmers will be doubled. She said the farmers of India are crying and the institutions have been destroyed. She said the small businesses have been destroyed by implementation of GST and demonetization.
