Jacqueline Fernandez made a name for herself in Bollywood by starring in films such as Kick, Murder 2, and others. The actor was previously called in relation to the Sukesh Chandrasekhar money laundering case, which led to the filing of an additional chargesheet and a FIR against her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The actor has now filed a petition with the Delhi High Court to have the Enforcement Directorate’s FIR and supplemental chargesheet dismissed. In her appeal, she added that the law enforcement organisation had acted unfairly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a report, Jacqueline Fernandez has filed an application with the Delhi High Court to have the FIR and supplementary chargesheet against her in the Sukesh Chandrasekhar money laundering case quashed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fernandez said in her plea that Sukesh would eventually attack her because the ED’s evidence would demonstrate her innocence, as per report. Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 do not allow her to be charged because reports indicate that she did not assist him in the money laundering case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, it is reported that the actor expressed her disapproval of the law enforcement agency’s perceived partisanship during the petitioner’s arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After making her feature film debut in 2009’s Aladin, the actor went on to star in numerous other films, including Kick, Murder 2, A Gentleman, and many more. Her performances in Attack, Ram Setu, Cirkus, and Bachchhan Paandey have made her a established actor in the Bollywood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The actor is currently preparing for the premiere of Welcome 3, her upcoming project.
