The glitzy and stunning sisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor made their television debut on Thursday’s episode of Koffee with Karan Season 8. The sisters opened up about a variety of facets of their lives during the episode, which was full with gossip, jokes, and shared experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a touching moment, they discussed how they dealt with the difficult time following the news of their mother Sridevi’s sudden death and reflected on their feelings at the time. Janhvi also mentioned Khushi’s assistance in providing her with solace during those trying moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Karan Johar talked about the significant effect that losing a parent has on one’s sense of self during the conversation. He discussed his observations from his conversation\u00a0with Janhvi Kapoor, highlighting Khushi Kapoor’s incredible resilience in dealing with their mother, Sridevi, passing away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response, Khushi said that she needed some time to come to terms with and comprehend the truth of her mother’s death. She said that at first she was confused, but she felt that Janhvi and their father, Boney Kapoor, were there to support her during those difficult times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Janhvi added, the thing that she remembers is that she was in her room when she got the call. She heard Khushi crying in her room. Janhvi believed she stormed into her room, weeping and howling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, what she did recalled, is that she suddenly stopped crying the moment Khushi gave her a look. Khushi simply took a seat next to her and began consoling me. Since then, Jahnvi have not witnessed Khushi cry over it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Archies actor revealed that she felt obligated to maintain order for everyone since she believes she is the one who is seen as strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Dhadak actor also disclosed in the conversation that, in spite of Khushi’s propensity for resilience and her own tendency towards hypersensitivity, their relationship has changed dramatically after their mother passed away. These days, depending on the circumstance, they find themselves acting as either a mother or a baby to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
