{"id":498086,"date":"2024-01-08T17:44:15","date_gmt":"2024-01-08T12:14:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apnlive.com\/?p=498086"},"modified":"2024-01-08T17:49:52","modified_gmt":"2024-01-08T12:19:52","slug":"mehbooba-mufti-bjp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apnlive.com\/politics\/mehbooba-mufti-bjp\/","title":{"rendered":"Mehbooba Mufti says BJP government has turned every civilian into a militant in Jammu &amp; Kashmir"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Former Chief Minister of Jammu &amp; Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti on Sunday said BJP government negotiates with the militants in North East but has turned every civilian into a militant in Jammu &amp; Kashmir with the continous raids and arrests by the NIA, SIA and ED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mufti was addressing a gathering at her native Bijbehara town in Anantnag district of southern Kashmir, on the 8<sup>th<\/sup> death anniversary of her father and party founder Mufti Sayed. She said the people of Jammu &amp; Kashmir will not surrender till peace and dignity is restored in the state. Mufti said she was on a mission the dream of her late father to ensure peace with dignity and make the state of Jammu and Kashmir the crown of India with dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said the people of Jammu &amp;Kashmir would not surrender and would not raise the white flag out of submissiveness or for the peace prevalent in the graveyard. Mufti said that her party ensured opening of Srinagar- Muzzafarabad road, disbanded the task force in the police and renegades known for atrocities against civilians. Mufti said the people of Jammu and Kashmir should not lose hope as the night is long but cannot stop the dawn from coming. She said the party has to raise its voice to become the voice of Jammu &amp;Kashmir.
