The passenger plane, that enroute to Moscow, had crashed in Afghanistan’s Badakhshan, as per the local media reports in Afghanistan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the passenger plane that crashed in Afghanistan’s Badakhsha does not belong to India. The Afghanistan media reports earlier suggested that the crashed plane belonged to India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rejecting the claim that an Indian plane crashed in Afghanistan, the DGCA said in an official statement that the unfortunate plane crash that has just occurred in Afghanistan was neither an Indian Scheduled Aircraft nor a Non-Scheduled (NSOP)\/Charter aircraft. It is a Moroccan-registered small aircraft, the ministry said in a Tweet on X. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
