Macron has been on a two-day visit to India starting from January 25 to 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He landed in Jaipur and was received by the Governor of Rajasthan Kalraj Mishra. Later, PM Modi joined President Macron in Jaipur for the further schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his stay in Jaipur on January 25, the French President visited the historical Amer Fort where he was joined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a 1 km-long road show, Shobha Yatra, before the two leaders held wide-ranging talks at the Luxury hotel Taj Rambagh Palace on the diplomatic relations between India and France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The roadshow was scheduled to start at the Jantar Mantar area at 6:00 pm while PM Modi and Macron began their meeting at 7:15 pm. The two leaders then met in Jantar Mantar and enjoyed Rajasthan\u2019s famous Masala tea together at Hawa Mahal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards, PM Modi, accompanied by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, hosted President Macron for bilateral talks cum dinner at the iconic Rambagh Palace before they left for Delhi late on Thursday evening.
